Julie Ann Baldwin

Attorney Julie Ann Baldwin is a Southern California native and proud resident of the Temecula Valley, where she has lived for the past ten years with her family.  After graduating from the University of San Diego School of Law with her Juris Doctorate degree and gaining admission to the California State Bar in 2003, Ms. Baldwin immediately began working as a trial attorney at the Riverside County District Attorney’s Office.  While there, Ms. Baldwin quickly established herself as a zealous advocate and skillful negotiator.  During her sixteen-year tenure, Ms. Baldwin litigated and successfully prosecuted over fifty jury trials to verdict across the county, including homicide, child physical abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence cases, among others. 

In 2019, Ms. Baldwin elected to take an exciting leap a faith and part ways with the District Attorney’s Office on her own terms to build her dream of starting her own law practice dedicated to defending the accused.  In addition to running her private law practice, Ms. Baldwin also serves as an independent contractor with the Riverside County Criminal Defense Lawyers conflict panel, where she is court-appointed on behalf of indigent clients when the Public Defender has a conflict of interest and cannot provide legal representation.

Working as an advocate on both sides of the justice system over the course of nearly twenty years in practice has been an incomparable experience.  This breadth of knowledge and skill, coupled with her passion for justice, make Ms. Baldwin uniquely suited to broaden the scope and expanse of her legal services, through the creation of Temecula Valley Personal Injury Attorneys, LLP.  Ms. Baldwin is thrilled to be partnering in this joint venture with her esteemed colleague and dear friend, Ms. Parwana Anwar, in their shared vision to bring high-quality legal representation to personal injury clients in their local communities.
